GOA
Here is some shots form Goa life. Super nice beaches, very friendly for kids, and so many other kids and families to meet and play with spontaneously. Drinking lots of cocos, eating lots of fruit, and enjoying the beach view from our balcony. ahhhh, the life
Rishikesh Ganga Beach
IN our time in Rishikesh, we had a beautiful apartment overlooking Ganga at Ram Jhula. Pema did a 10 day Yoga intensive while I played Mr. Mom. He loved playing on the white sand beaches of Ganga and going in the water which was really cold. But he didn't care. The river there is quite clean because its a in the foothills of Himalaya. Enjoy the pics

India/ Nepal part 1
On july 13th we headed to the ancient lands of India to focus on deepening our spiritual practices, discovering new lands and parts of ourselves. Despite the warnings that it would be too hard in India with a baby we stepped into the fire starting with the full eclipse over the Ganga in Varanasi. Varanasi was very difficult with Mala because it was very hot and dirty but we made it through and the eclipse was one of the most powerfull moments imaginable. Unfortunately I left there feeling very sick so the trip up to Dharamsala was pretty brutal. I ended up having typhoid and a flu! So that really sucked but in some ways it was a deep cleansing. Dharamsala was very beautiful and our little apartment was cute, it's good to remember how little you actually need, to feel the roots and be humbled by the greatness of life. We took many amazing forest hikes and did lots of yoga, drawing, reading, playing and cooking. Every morning we had fresh milk delivered to our doorstep and got fresh baked bread from the wood fired bakery next to our house along with local honey and ghee. We also started taking classical singing classes and look forward to more when we get to Goa.
Now we are in Nepal and really enjoying our time in Kathmandu, the temples here are like none other in the world. Next we head up to Humla, a special place high up in the himalayas to dive into deeper into the spirit of the mountains, the culture residing there and medicine plants that inhabit the region.
